Delete your SnagMaster account
This page explains how to delete your SnagMaster account and the data associated with it. Signing in is optional in SnagMaster — if you never created an account, none of your data has left your device, and removing the app deletes everything locally.
Delete your whole account and cloud data
Email ashleydell060590@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my account”.
We verify the request and permanently delete your account and its cloud data. There is nothing to purchase or subscribe to — the request is free.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details.
- All of your projects, areas, items/snags, notes, statuses, due dates and assignees held in the cloud.
- All photos and floor-plan images you uploaded to the cloud.
Timing & retention
- Account and cloud data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request.
- Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within a further 90 days.
- We keep nothing afterwards, except where a longer period is required by law.
Delete some data without closing your account
You don’t need to delete your account to remove data. In the app you can delete any project or item at any time (swipe it left, or use the delete option) — the removal is synced and takes that data out of your account. Data stored only on your device is removed by deleting the app.
